Intracranial germinoma with panhypopituitarism in a 18-year old patient

Intracranial germ cell tumors (GCTs) account for only 0.4–3.4% of all central nervous system (CNS) tumors. Primary pituitary abscess: an unexpected diagnosis

Pituitary abscess is a rare condition, with approximately 200 cases reported in the literatüre.
